Features
Quick Blog, free hosting with web site builder, complete email, starter web page, "For Sale" page, free parked page, getting started guide, domain forwarding & masking, 100-Pack email forwarding, total DNS control, change of registration, status alerts, and domain locking. They also offer small hosting packages (they are actually do a large amount of hosting business now) but I would recommend going with a company like Powweb if you are looking for a hosting package.
Reliability and Support
They have good quality support and generous phone hours. Their billing support hours are Mon-Fri 5:30AM-9:00PM MST and Sat-Sun 7:30AM-9:00PM MST.
